What happened to the judges' "Special Mentions?"

Hey judges -

Remember that when you announced the 10 finalists, you said you were also going to post a group of comments re: "special mentions" that were not necessarily even on either the judges' or the voters' favorites lists?

Well, okey dokey. I think we're ready. Where are they?
